Seek to shine the light of Christ into a darkened world by making disciples is our vision. We also believe through our Mission Statement that...GOD's mission for Mt. Rose Missionary Baptist Church is to glorify and love him with all of our heart, soul, and mind; to love our neighbor as ourselves as we go in Jesus' name in the power of the Spirit; to seek the lost, and to see them born again; to baptize them, to teach them GOD's inerrant word, and to equip the saints so that we make disciples that will be witnesses and ministers in our communities and around the world. We strive hard to accomplish the mission and the vision through:

A. Worship Giving GOD the glory due his name and responding as he directs

B. Evangelism Going in Christ's name to share the good news in a darkened world

C. Discipleship Learning the doctrines of GOD's word and the disciplines of the Christian Life

D. Fellowship Cultivating a loving relationship with GOD and other believers

E. Ministry Meeting the needs of people in Christ's name for his glory.
